1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using KABB Driving School services. By booking a driving lesson with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Driving Lessons

• All driving lessons are provided by DVSA-approved independent driving instructors working with KABB Driving School.
• Lesson duration, availability, and scheduling are subject to instructor availability.
• We aim to provide a consistent instructor, but this may change if necessary.

3. Bookings

• All lessons must be booked in advance.
• A booking is only confirmed once agreed by KABB Driving School or an instructor.
• We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to instructor availability, weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments

• Payment must be made in advance or as agreed at the time of booking.
• Lesson prices will be confirmed before the lesson begins.
• We reserve the right to suspend lessons if payments are not received.

5. Cancellations

• You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged in full.
• Missed lessons (no-shows) will be charged in full.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are not guaranteed once a lesson has been delivered.
• Prepaid lessons may be refunded only at the discretion of KABB Driving School.
• Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Instructor Independence

• Driving instructors are independent DVSA-approved professionals.
• Once your details are shared with an instructor, they become responsible for delivering lessons and handling your data under their own policies.
• KABB Driving School is not responsible for actions or conduct of independent instructors after introduction.

8. Learner Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence
• Be fit and able to drive during lessons
• Arrive on time for lessons
• Follow instructor instructions during training
